Sticky Accelerator pedal...Is this an easy fix? 200

Hey all,
Quick one here, my Accelerator pedal is pretty sticky through the first bit of travel, I am assuming this is a sticky cable? Could it be anything else? Linkage? Any help, and any thoughts on how easy/hard this is to fix?
