Transmission Solenoid Service Bulletin 900 1992

Does anyone have access to Service Bulletin No. DCS43-02-1194 "Sticking Lock-Up Solenoid, AW30-40 960 1992"? I'm trying to find out the correct Volvo Part Number without having to go thru a Volvo dealer.
