won't start, missing 200 1986

Here isa lil problem i wrote you might want to listen note for note(not a song)
my car had a miss at idle speed, (ran fine under load. then it died on me at an intersection while idleing. I checked and replace my cap and roter as they where quite hammered, I mean WASTED. But that did not solve the problem. I am getting spark at my plugs. could it have jumped timing?
