conversion to urathane control arm radius bushings bolt lenght 700

Do you need to get longer bolts for the urathane conversion on 1989 700 series. I can turn the bold about 19 1/3 turns with my hand rachet. I am concerned if there is enough of the bolt into the control arm..anyone familiar with this situation when changing over..thanks..Jeffry.
