Hello To All,

It's been a while with work being a PITA and all. My 79 264GL is slowly coming together but I'm having second thought on converting the BW55 (3-Speed) to a AW70 (3-Speed + OD). I'm still running the B27F (now don't start with the boat anchor stuff) and plan to convert to a 4CYL when it goes but I would like to get better gas milage for this car and in the process and not stress it out so much when I'm running on the freeway. I'm currently @ about 4000 RPM when I'm at 65MPH, pretty crappy huh? Anyways, MY QUESTION IS which tranny upgrade should I go for? And if I do go for the manual trans how hard is it? Thanks to all ahead of time for any advice.
