Need to replace washer nozzles but recent paint job has PAINTED them onto my hood! 200 1991

As luck would have it, I finally painted my car and now I need to replace washer nozzles but recent paint job has PAINTED them onto my hood!

Do any of you have any recomendations as to the best way to minimize any paint damage when I remove the washer nozzles? Also, do I need to cut the stem off from the bottom to facilitate the nozzle removal?

Both the nozzles and I are stuck!
