86 240DL Blower fan squeeky among other things... 200

Okay, I am trying to sell my 86 240 DL, but I have one issue I would like to address on it before someone that might be interested comes to see it. Sometimes when I have the fan on in the car, it starts to squeek...and the higher the fan, the louder it gets! It stops after a few seconds to a minute, but it's annoying...and I now if someone hears it they are going to ask what is wrong with it. Also, I notice it only tends to happen when the car is cold or has been sitting, not driven for a few days. Has anyone else had this issue? The car is super reliable and in great condition, but this one thing has me a little perplexed. Also, I am having trouble with one other issue. It's electrical I guess. I just had a new wiring harness put in the car about 2 years ago, and now I had my #8 fuse blow which powers the dash light and rear driving lights. I tried to replace it, but when I turn on the lights again, it just keeps blowing. I don't have a door on my glovebox anymore because it broke, and right before this all happened, I noticed that the light inside of it was starting to glow a little again. It hasn't lit up in years! Does anyone have any suggestions? I was thinking disconnecting the glovebox light and seeing if that helps, but other than that, I don't have a clue. Can someone help me? I unfortunately REALLY need to sell my car, and I want to be able to get close to the amount I am asking for it since I just dumped $$ into it with new tires and stereo and such. Someone HELP please, please, PLEEEEASE!!! Thanks
