fault codes 1-1-3 and 2-3-1 200

2 years ago the check engine light came on and the fault code 1-1-3(fault in fuel injectors) and 2-3-1(fuel sysem compensating for rich or lean air/fuel mixture at crusise) where present. The problem ended up being at bad MAF module. Ended replacing it with a new one. Well 2 years later the same thing check engine light and the same fualt codes. Could these be another problem but the same code? 2 years for a brand new MAF would be a big disappointment.
