fuel pump?? car just died..... 200 1992

I was driving home, car full of gas and I was mid acceleration and then nothing. The car stopped..I had all power...car just wouldn't turn over...like it was getting no gas.

Had to have it towed to a local garage. I am thinking the fule pump died.

Any other ideas?
