Suspension 700

Hello. Lately my 91 744 has been acting oddly. It has been bouncing lots after bumps, gives a big kick when I accelerate in reverse, the shifter vibrates a lot, it clunks when I go over speed bumps (esp. in front), the car body lurches forward when braking, it doesn't steer straight, it virbates a lot on the freeway, and it seems to have more body roll than usual. Considering nothing that I know of other than alignments have been done to the car since my parents bought it new, what do I need to do? I though about replacing shocks, struts, springs, bushings all arounds, and engine mounts. Would that do it or is it just age? Also, how much work would be involved to do this myself?
