Rocker Panel removal / replacement. 140-160 1972

These on the 72 142e are rusting from inside out, coming through in several spots, replacement seems the best option. Has anyone any advice or warnings of calamity to offer, I will be buying new ones from Millsupply in Ohio. Thanks.
