on fri 21 nov, about 1130 am, an elderly gent from new hampshire in a HUGE toyota pick up, on a perfectly clear day with no other traffic around, decided to make a large u-turn in front of my car doing about 35-40 mph.
my bumper, grill, hood, fenders, roof and doors crumpled to absorb the energy, the engine went down to the right instead of going thru the dash, the air bag deployed and my life was spared. I am black and blue in many places, but no broken bones. The car is demolished, I am sorry to say. But if ever there was a reason to drive a Volvo, safety is top of the list.
I am looking for a 940 B230f non turbo to replace my 240.
