flushed tranny with Valvoline type FA instead of Dexron II, so I need to reflush? 200

1990 240 wagon with AW-70 automatic, 155000

Well I thought everything was good to go after flushing the tranny yesterday until I realized I had used the wrong fluid to flush.
I thought I had read that I needed the Type F fluid for the flush, then I checked the owner's manual and saw it called for Dexron II D?

My question is, how critical is this? Do I need to get this reflushed right away before any damage is done, or can I get by for 20000 miles and switch back to what is called for on the next flush.

After all the effort not to mention cost I would like to hold off if not to critical.
Would like to understand the difference in the fluids.
Let me know what you think folks?
