My wife's 1990 760 turbo started giving me problems reminiscent of fuel injection relay--since I had just changed the ones on my '91 940T and my '86 760T. Her car has the relay board located next to the passenger left leg (of,course not the FI relay)--different than both cars above, they have the relay behind the the ashtray--and two identical relays behind the power steering reservoir under the hood. So I read the FAQ, and it seemed to me that the 90 760T may not have the white FI relay (also it seems to be called fuel pump relay), it's duties being done by the "radio suppresion relay". I then postulated that my 940T would only have 1 "radio suppresion relay"--for the cooling fan--and no second relay but lo and behold it has one relay behing the power steering reservoir, one attached to the coolant reservoir, and the FI relay behind the ashtray.
So my question is--on the 90 760 T, with the relay bank vertically oriented, does this car have the white FI relay and if so where is it???? I ask because my 940T has both (or should I say all three)
