Need help swapping seat adjuster 200

Need help in swapping the seat adjuster knob to opposite side. Would like to swap the passanger and drivers seat. Have the knob removed and the small metal circle but not sure what next. Do the four lock washers ( 2 on each side ) need to be removed? Tried searching older post but not much detail on this.
