What controls the fast idle on a cold start on an 87 740 GLE with a b230f? I did some harness repairs and now have no fast idle on cold start. The engine starts fine but idles roughly for the first few minutes, then it idles fine. I have read the FAQ but do not suspect that I need to clean the throttle body etc. as it was fast idling fine before doing the harness work. I guess I'm looking for a run down of the control logic.
