WINDSHEILD WIPER ARM LOTS OF PLAY (Driver's side only) any ideas?? 700

Hello again!

My leftside windshield wiper arm is very very loose! In fact I can rotate it a full 360 degrees. However my other wiper arm is very sturdy/tight with no play whatsoever. Is the arm just disconnected from the rod and or is the motor connection a mess? I have since used super glue to support the arms to the motor connections just above the cowl.
