remove evaporator pipe? 700 1989

I'm trying to remove the pipe that connects to the evaporator so I can run some new tubing. Except, it's frozen solid, and I can't get it to budge. I know I'm supposed to use a counter-wrench, but the space between it and the hood is too cramped to really get in there.

What's the best way to undo that fitting?
