First, make sure you soak it in PBlaster. Second, you might remove the cowl screen for better access (see the FAQ section on Windshield Wiper Motor). Third, apply heat to the large pipe fittings to expand them and then loosen. You will need new o-rings anyway. When re-fitting, use Nyloc oil and not refrigerant oil as an antiseize.
