Max HP for an M41? 140-160

I'm curious about how much power an M41 will handle. I'm planning on installing a B21ft bolted to an M41. From some people I've heard the M41 will handle up to 200 hp. Others have have told me they will fall apart over 150 hp. Could anybody help me out? When I'm done with the project I hope to have between 180 and 200 crank HP. I really don't wanna use an M46, I would then have to mount the motor slanted and make the project much more complicated. Anybody have any specs on M410? thanks for the help.
