I am confident that my brick has the original brake and power steering fluid in it. Should I flush them both out with new fluid? Does it make a difference? Do they break down over time?

I assume that to flush the brakes, I would just bleed until the new fluid comes out of the lines. Hw would I go about doing the power steering?

Also - can I do a trans flush (remove trans return hose on radiator - catch the old stuff while putting in new) on any car? It worked so well and was so easy on my brick that I want to try it on my other car (non-volvo sorry to say).

Thanks
