Brake light and reverse light not working 200

Dear Bricksters,

My brake light and reverse light ceased working.
No failed bulb light comes on the dashboard -- all bulbs seem alright. Tail lights are working.

I recently lubricated the brake pedal that was squeaky, is it possible the lubrication damaged the switch ?

I have checked the fuse (number 7 I think) seems fine.

Is there a relay for the brake light ?

What about reverse light ?
