Door panels off Lubrication question 200

The last thing to complete my interior change is the door panels. What should be lubricated and with what while their off. The owners manual says to lubricate the window regulators with silicone grease. Went to autozone, Wallmart and Benny's and didn't find any silicone grease. Should I use regular grease or buy the white lithium spray stuff?
