how to bypass alarm on 960..?? 900

want to install an aftermarket remote starter,,,going with a cheap design tec brand,,,using a couple now in other older cars and for $50 they work real fine,actually flawless....i need (want) to for ease of install to just bypass the fact alarm..would like to keep the volvo remote door lock working tho..
so,,,can the alarm be dissabled ??..and does they keylock remote still work??
what wires or relay to dissable ??..did search archives..nothing clear on this but lots of good info there.....TNX........
