740 no start cold 700

I am working on a 1986 740 wagon, no start, installed new cap, rotor, wires and
plugs because spark looked weak. It started OK but when it sat outside no start
again. Tried injector noid lamp- only lights at end of cranking. It did finally start and light flashed. I was looking for the radio suppresion relay and did not find any relay under hood. Any Ideas?
