compression test result need analysis 900

i did the compression test on 92-960 with 325000km with removing all spark plugs and throttle fully open. i got the following values

dry test

160, 160, 10 yes 10, 110, 160, 160 psi

wet test with 4ml of oil

190, 190, 10, 160, 190, 190 psi

the engine was at the operating temp when i did the test

so what you guys think of these readings. the car is shaking at idle and all speeds.
