Low beams out 700 1991

I need some help finding out why the low beams on my '91 745 are out. I have checked the bulbs, the connections, fuses and the relay in the console which controls the lights when you turn the car off with the headlights on. None seems to be the cause of the problem. The high beams and flash-to-pass work fine. Is there another relay somewhere which controls the headlights like on my '90 245? If there is I can't find it and I don't hear any clicking in the car or under the hood when I cycle the stalk on the column. They were working fine earlier in the day on Thursday and the next time we started the car they were out.
