Could someone tell me if an OD switch from a 240 (the kind that is built into the 4 speed shifter knob) will work, meaning, screw on and wire up properly, to a P1800 shifter. It seems that the knob on the shifter now, which will soon be installed into a 122, along with a M41 and OD, is designed for a specific fit to eable the driver to pull it up to get into reverse - which is not a bad idea for OD protection.
