No start, Damp and humid conditions 200 1989

240 89, 204k, car sits overnight and it is damp, rainy or foggy won't start in the
morning. It will finally start after a lot of cranking and booster start. I have tried about everything and can't seem to find the cause. If it is dry and even cold it starts fine. This is driving me nuts trying to figure this out anyone with a similar problem. I have checked all the usual stuff, it's getting spark and all that..
