Hello,

I drive a 1987 244 GL and I would like to know:

1. What basic steps can be taken to enhance this
vehicle's horsepower? (which the literature tells me
is a fairly anemic 114bhp)

2. Can these cars be turbocharged?

PS: Thanks to those who gave advice on installing the
headlamp on my car. The installation went well. I
should note that the new light/lens was, of course,
dramatically cleaner and brighter than its yellowed
neighbor. I used a rubbing compound and polish on the
yellowed light and it is much much clearer and less yellow.
