I found a VERY clean cylinder head off the block at a salvage yard but don't know the difference between the turbo, non-turbo and 240 car heads.
It looks like it's from a 740 but how can I id it as such. It does have the distributor drive at the end of the cam so does that eliminate the 240 engine as a possible source?
It looks like it was recently refurbed, is extremely clean inside and out, has all the valves etc but the cam is rusty. It's been in the rain.
They want $65 for it and I was considering having it checked out as a spare should I need one down the road.
Thanks,
