Fuel injector help needed ASAP.. PLZ help!! 200

I have a 1982 volvo 240dl. I just took out my fuel injectors and need to replace the seals on them. My first question is..how do I seperate the actual injector from the plastic holder? Also, the seals around the plastic holder are bad and cracked...where can I get more? Lastly..how do I know whether I have k-jet or LH?
