Wow, flash to pass and car wants to stall 700

Yes, you read it right...
Last week I was on the expressway and when I used my turn signal (Unbelievable in the South LOL) I accidently flashed the high beams. Well the car acted like it was going to fall flat on its face for that split second. When I got away from all vehicles I tried it again with the same results. Since then I've been unable to duplicate it but it really has me wondering. I was having a wierd problem at startup a couple of months ago where the car would act like it wanted to stall then pick back up and I wonder if the 2 problems are releated.
Does anyone have any ideas as to possible causes?
