945 Euro signal in front fenders 900

I've read posts here that some 940's have the wire already behind the fender to add Euro style signals in the fenders. The car is in the body shop now for front end work, so if it's pre-wired, I'll have the shop leave off the emblems and add the lights. I'm not concerned about looking cool; I drive on freeways in Atlanta and need all the illumination I can get!
Also, if wires are present, any comments on the best place to buy the lights? The car is a '94 model, if that makes a difference.
