How to remove throttle switch? 200

I have a 1990 240. There are the two small screws that hold the throttle switch to the throttle body. What kind are they, do I need an allen wrench or torx? I can't seem to remove them, maybe they are crudded up too much. Thanks for the help. I am trying to remove the throttle boday and I can't get to the upper right side bolt without removing the throttle switch.

1990 240- 245K- Original Owner-M-47, VX cam, IPD sprt springs, bilstiens, spt exh, euro lamps-turbo whls,- still slow but handles well- Near Houston
