hints:

well, had my 1991 945T taken apart to find a leak and figured that since the carpet was out, i might as well try to get all the built-in stains out from when i purchased the car.

my brother tried some of that oxyclean stuff on house carpet with a juice stain and he said it worked. i've also seen him use it on clothes with success.

so i followed the directions of soaking, sitting for 5 minutes and rinsing. didn't seem to work.

my buddy that was helping me had a pressure washer.

after completely soaking the carpet in oxyclean and letting it sit for a couple minutes, we fired up the pressure washer, put on one of the lower setting nozzles, and beat on the carpet.

two days pass, the carpets dry, and the flooring's as good as new.

nothing like overkill...heheh...
