Brake troubles 700

It all started with a stupid rattle from the front right of the car. Having sucsessfully identified that as a missing anti-rattle clip, I decided fix this myself. Don't ask why, but I kinda stepped on the brake pedal, while the front right brake caliper was removed. The minute I fellt no resistance to the pedal I realized something was wrong, the pistons had popped right out, and brake fluid was running all over the garage floor :(

As I understand I need to change the gaskets on that caliper, change brake fluid and bleed the brakes.

I have never done any of that work, so any advice on these topics would be apreciated.

Stupid question maybe, but should I bleed all wheels now, or just the front right one?

Also, I'm unable to get the brake caliper disconnected from the brake hooses, so I'm stuck on the garage floor. I'm really not sure how to do this. There are three screws that all look promising, but i'm really not sure. Two are near the caliper itself, and one is near the fender. I've only tried to loosen the ones closest to the caliper, but the outer one is stuck, and the inner one twists the brake hoose to much for me to try to unscrew it any more.
I'm stuck.

The caliper in question is a bendix one, and the volvo a 85' 744GL.
