Front Door Speaker Grill Question 200

I have the type speaker grills in the front door of my 89 240DL that have the 4 pins that stick into the door panel to hold the grill in place. The pins are breaking. One grill has 2 pins left and the other is down to one. I have seen some 240 speaker grills that have NO pins yet are attached somehow. Is there a special bracket I can buy that holds the speaker grill in place without the pins? I have manual crank windows, so I can't use round after market speaker grills. I need to find a better way of keeping these grills in place. Any ideas? Thanks.
