'83 245 Turbo rough at low speed/high load 200 1983

Hi All,

I'm working on an '83 245 Turbo which seems like its missing on one cyl under low speed/high load conditions. Pretty much starting from a stop.
From a dead stop it will pull away with no real problem but it has a solid miss which goes away around the time I hit (guessing as to the number) 3000 rpm in 2nd. Once it quits the car feels great as it should... read on.

I've replaced the fuel injectors with a known good matched set, the injector seals and two cracked injector holders. I then checked for leaks with MAPP gas with no leaks found. Injectors were tested about 4 minutes before they went in the gas and repeatedly opened at a consistant pressure, gave a good pattern (for k-jet) at opening and all flow about 92-95ml/min at about 1/2 of the fuel dist piston travel.
O2 sensor has been checked. lambda system has been checked. Ignition wires have been checked, replaced, checked and replaced again. Cap and rotor are new.

Any ideas on what else to check or look at? Compression is 130-140 on all cyls.

Pnoder

P.s. This miss only showed up after replacing the injector seals the first time. They were shown to be leaking using MAPP gas.
