noisy power steering 200

My new 86 240 sedan has a really quite engine, but the power steering pump and rack makes all the noise.

At idle, in the driver's seat, I can hear this constant mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm sound. It's coming from the power steering pump and rack. I can detect it with a stephoscope. Noise is stronger on the pressurized hose and I also detect the exact noise on the steering column.

I changed the ps fluid yesterday with Mobile 1 sythetic ATF, the noise is the same.

The car steers fine, just the noise is a bad annoying in an otherwise perfect car.

Any suggestions?
