I have a 1990 240 with an accessory Volvo 5 bar gauge. For years it ran around 2.5 to 3 at idle and woul peg 5 when driving. Now the gauge hardly moves off of 4 bar in either direction. It does move with the changing pressure, just not very much. I have recently replaced the sender and it is performing exactly the same. Could it be a grounding problem, or if it is my actual pressure, what would cause it to stay around 4 bar constantly, regardles of driving?
