Sunroof swap in 945T? 900

Hey everyone,

Is it possible to swap a steel sunroof for a glass one?
Would I still have the same controls as in, push down to slide back all the way and push up to just open the rear since the steel one has the rear "slot"?
Is it like the biggest pain in the arse to do and not worth the trouble or money?
Could changing it result in leakage?
I guess if not done right, but what if done correct, could it become a problem even so?

So many questions!!!
