Running rich 200 1989

89-240 85,000 miles
Can anyone tell me why within 4000 miles I must clean my throddle body and inside of the intake manifold from black dirty oil? I change my oil every 3000 miles and install a new flame trap. My car has been running rich. Could this be due to a leaky cold start injector caused by this oil?
