Keyless Entry System 900 1996

My keyless remote only lets me lock my car and I can not open it. I have reprogrammed it and replaced the batteries. When I try to open with the device I just hear it click but, it does not open the locks. Also, my alarm system does not work with the keyless device. All that happens the lights blink, but no horn...
