Ok so my wipers quit on the way to work. Finally got the cam thingy back on the wiper shaft, but now I am so far unable to get the llinkage arms attached via their cable loops to the cam. I am working through the access hole in the dash, and I can just reach from beneath the dash at the same time. Must I loosen the adjust nut on the cables to get them in place on the cam then tighten? I just can't get them to go back on after the cam fell off and the wjole thing just came undone. If I must use the adjust nut, do I have to remove or at least slide back the dash to get to the ends of the linkage arms? Any point tips tricks as usual are appreciated.
