I am taking the cat back to the mechanic tomorrow, 2-26. Now, the oil is even leaking out of the oil cap seal. Either this stuff is really good, or I must have a correlating problem.
Last month I installed a brand new breather box and cleaned out all of the flame trap hoses, including the small vacuum line- nothing was blocked. There was about a millimeter of sludge around the hole in the block for the fumes to come out of, but that was it. There seemed to be plenty of room for vapors.
I installed another complete oil pressure gauge (10 bar)and a new sender two weeks ago. Because the needle hardly moved on the old one. The oil pressure still only varies from about 3.5 bar to 4.5 bar regardless of rpms. Granted, that is good pressure but why doesn't it fluctuate more?
