Ventilation vents cycle with a mind of their own 900

Hi All,

The ventilation vents on my 95 945t are cycling by themselves, that is, the vents will go from main to defrost to floor defrost - to recycle and no recycle and then start the circle all over again. This happens regardless of the AC being on or not -

Where can I start to troubleshoot the problem?
