Overheated B20 140-160

I made a really stupid mistake and overheated my B20E in my 142. After I realized what I had done, I checked my oil..... my dipstick showed signs that my oil and engine coolant were one in the same. I figure I had just blown my head gasket... pulled my head to find a perfect headgasket and staight heads. After that I came to the conclusion that there was some type of internal crack in either my block or in my heads. What would be the likely cause of water and oil mixing if the head gasket is in good shape? Would it it be more likely my block is cracked or my head is cracked? Thanks guys,

-Bryan
