Overheated B20 140-160

First thing to do is examine as much of the cylinder bores as you can see..
How many heads did you find that were "straight"? No dings, dents or places
that appeared "too clean"?
I've run a lot of B18s, B20s and B30s and the only time I have had this
problem was in a big bore engine in which a 5/16" hex nut went through
cylinder #2 causing the piston to cock in the cylinder and splitting the
(pretty thin) cylinder wall. The stuff that came out was like a gray
milkshake, with less than 2 minutes running in that condition. Is that
the kind of stuff you are seeing in your radiator/crankcase?
