B18/B20 motor buildup 120-130

Where (or who) is a good source for a B18B or B20F head (or rebuildable core motor). My reading tells me that these are probably the best units to start with, for their respective displacement class, for a street performance motor.

Seems that if one want's a 2 liter, the B20 F block, crank, and head is the best starting point, right?

Same with a 1.8.... Head block and crank should "match"? Preferably a B motor ?

Do I have this straight?
